Shipping policy

How long does it take my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days and shipped via USPS. At checkout, you can select alternative shipping methods. Holidays may cause shipping delays. All packages are shipped from Dallas, TX, and transit times will vary depending on the shipping destination.

For International shipments, please allow up to 2-4 weeks after shipment for your order to arrive. Delays in Customs is common and out of our control. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees including taxes and duties. Please make sure you are familiar with your Country's taxes and duties before placing your order.

Can I track my order?

If you signed up for email notifications during checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. 

You can also visit our Account Login page and you will be able to login to view all of your order information including tracking your shipment in real-time.

If you do not have an account, you can create one using the same email you used when placing your order and it will automatically fill in all of your information for you. 

Shipping Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kingdombranded.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
